- Project Manager: Responsible for overall project planning, management, and execution. Supervise and coordinate various construction activities.
- Construction Manager: Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Site Engineer: Provide technical support on-site, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project specifications are met.
- Planning Engineer: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and optimize resource allocation.
- QA/QC Manager: Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes, ensure compliance with standards.
- QA/QC Engineer: Perform inspections, testing, and quality checks on construction projects.
- Senior Quantity Surveyor: Prepare cost estimates, evaluate project costs, and manage project finances.
- Quantity Surveyor: Assist in cost estimation and cost management for construction projects.
- Architectural Draughtsman: Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Structural Draughtsman: Create structural drawings and plans for construction projects.
- Land Surveyor: Perform land surveys, collect data, and provide accurate measurements for projects.
- MEP Coordinator: Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.
- Senior Safety Officer: Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and promote a safe working environment.
- Safety Officer: Assist in ensuring safety compliance on construction sites.
